Items can be returned within 90 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with tags.
Custom,
engraved, or personalized items, as well as sale or used items, are non-returnable. To start a
return,
contact customer service for a Return Ticket (RT). Return shipping is at the customer’s cost
unless it’s
our error, with delivery time added to the return window. Returns can also be made in-store and
are
subject to inspection. Gift returns receive store credit, and international returns must be
arranged
with our team.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned
item is
received and inspected. Customers will be notified by email once the refund is processed.
Partial
refunds may apply for items not in original condition or returned late, with a possible 10%
restocking
fee. Taxes and transaction fees will only be refunded if reclaimable; otherwise, they will be
deducted.
Any refund processing fees from banks, POS machines, or payment gateways will also be deducted.
Shipping
costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Exchanges are allowed for the
same or
lower-value items, subject to availability.
Our products come with a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing
defects in
materials and workmanship under normal use. The warranty includes issues with gemstone settings,
metalwork, and craftsmanship but excludes damage from wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized
repairs, or
exposure to harmful substances. To file a claim, customers must contact our service team with
purchase
details and receive a Warranty Authorization (WA) number. Shipping the item to us is the
customer’s
responsibility, but we cover return shipping if the item is repaired or replaced under warranty.
Claims
are typically resolved within 2–4 weeks. The warranty does not cover final sale items, custom
design
flaws, or loss/theft. Customers are expected to maintain their jewelry properly and retain proof
of
purchase. While extended warranties are not standard, they may be offered upon request. For
valuable
items, we recommend obtaining insurance coverage
